Jonathan has over twelve years' experience in the design and execution of translational research within the biopharmaceutical sector. He is highly experienced in all aspects of research and preclinical drug development, but also in international intellectual property management, business development and due diligence. Jonathan completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Oxford University and holds a PhD from the University of London.

Jérôme is an entrepreneur with over fifteen years' experience in the design and conduct of safety pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetic and tissue distribution studies within the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to launching L2D he co-founded a US based biotechnology company called Neurotech. Jerome holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris, and is an inventor of several patents.

Vincent has thirteen years' experience of drug development in the biopharmaceutical industry. He is highly experienced in all aspects of early stage development, including manufacturing process development & scale up, analytical chemistry, formulation development and GMP production of active ingredients & clinical trial material. Vincent holds a PhD from the University of Louvain and is a co-inventor of 13 patents.
